Shipping
Ordering an item from FrickandFrackMusic.com? We use Federal Express overnight, supersaver, three-day, and FedEx Ground delivery as our preferred shipper. We can ship to virtually any street address in the world. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
Delivery Time
When you place an order with FrickandFrackMusic.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in Your Account.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from FrickandFrackMusic.com depend upon the methods and options you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of FedEx, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by FrickandFrackMusic.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we can only make direct exchanges. We cannot exchange items for store credit. If you received an item in error, we will issue a full refund. Credit card orders are refunded on request. Account orders and orders paid by check are subject to a waiting period while we verify that the bill has been paid or the check has cleared.
For items returned 31-120 days from purchase, we will refund 85% of your purchase price provided that all materials are in original condition.
After 120 days, we cannot accept returns. Please call if you have any questions about our returns and refunds policy.
